Dual Marketplace Integrity Accommodation bookings and real estate transactions are strictly distinguished. Inquiries submitted for land or resort acquisitions are non-binding requests for site inspection and title negotiation, while confirmed room bookings constitute binding hospitality reservations. ### 3. Operator Standards & Verification All resort owners, travel agents, guides, and cab drivers must undergo administrative identity and credential verification before publishing listings or receiving guest disbursements.
